Western Washington Surf runs two programmes, Elite and Premier, each split into lettered teams: Elite A teams play the EA League (boys) or DPL (girls) from U11 and NPL for older boys; Elite B teams play WPL; Premier A teams play WPL and Premier B and C teams sit below.
Elite is split North (Bellevue/Redmond) and South (Puyallup/Tacoma); Premier is organised by training hub (Tacoma, Medina, Redmond, Puyallup, Yelm).
So 'Surf Tacoma B' encodes hub and letter, and Elite vs Premier is the first cut.
The staff page lists 37 coaches without team assignments, and the /teams page shows Inland Surf (Spokane) sides, so coach names do not place a Western WA Surf team.
