Tiers and squads, strongest first

Snohomish United's real website is snohomishunited.org (the .com in our directory is a parked GoDaddy page).
Its staff page lists every head coach with 2025–26 teams, which reveals the ladder: boys first teams are ECNL and girls first teams ECNL-RL (boys ECNL-RL is a second team), and below the national leagues the RCL/NPSL teams are named Black, Red and White — Black appears wherever there is one such team, Red and White where there are more, so Black is the first of them.
Ages are single years, sometimes with the birth year in brackets ('GU14 (2012) Black').
The coach list is the way to place a Snohomish side whose name in a fixture list lacks the colour.
