2026 rates: youth $52.50/hr resident, $62.75/hr non-resident; adult $62.75/hr resident, $76.25/hr non-resident; lights $29.50/hr; $15.50 processing fee per permit. New rates from January 1, 2027.
Requests go to the City Field Scheduler on the Field Request Form (fieldrentals@redmond.gov). Requests in by the seasonal due date (spring Dec 15, summer Mar 16, fall Jun 15, winter Sep 21) are allocated first — city programs, then Lake Washington School District, ongoing users, then short-term users, residents and youth ahead of non-residents and adults; later requests are first come, first served. Ongoing users (five or more reservations a season) submit insurance ($1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate, City of Redmond named additional insured) before each season. All fields are all-weather turf with lights. Rainout line 425-200-0076.
